I am really embaressed to say that is really the extent of my photos at the Bead and Button show. We really didn’t have time to stop and take photos. When I did have a moment to spare I was running off shopping and looking at everyone elses beads.

It would be an amzing show to simply attand as a shopper and do some Workshops. We had Val from Valleygem runing around shopping and doing workshops. She would always stop in to show us her goodies and show us a bargain she had purchased.
I was happy with everything I got to see at the show I was very organised and had mapped everyone out in the programme so I didn;t go home without seeing them.

Anne Choi was on top pf my list, I have always wanted to own one of her stunning silver beads. She and her sister were so lovely. The bead I chose jumped out at me staight away. IT had dragonflies on it…MMMMMM. Will take photos of my goodies soon. Check out Anne stunning work here http://annechoi.com/ …Actually my bead looks just like the one on the front. The quote down the side says “everything you can imagine is real” I though it was just perfect.

Joan Miller was next on my hit list. I have always lusted after her beads. http://www.joanmiller.com/
I spurged and purchased 2 of her beads. One has a dragonfly (are you noticing a trend here) and the other is one her Octopus/seahorse beads..mmmmmm. They are just divine in real life.

The most sensational raku fired ceramic leaves from “Rama with Emeralds Beads” She sells on Ebay as “rakubeadgirl”

They were the only artist beads that I prurchased. I really didn’t buy any other beads other then supplies and tools. I was saving my money to spend with the wholesalers in New York!
